Barista (Nourish Hub)
Why do we need you? Our Baristas are the face of our Hub! Volunteers in this role ensure the café is open and ready to serve drinks to guests each day, to keep the hub running smoothly across the day. We need enthusiastic people who can ensure our guests have a fantastic experience with us and help promoting our services.
How much time should you offer? When would you be needed? • You would need to be able to volunteer during the week, between the hours of 11:00-14:00 or 12:00-15:00 • This project is based at Shepherds Bush in London, and you will volunteer at The Nourish Hub (1 St Anns Street W11 4SS)
What activities will you be involved in? • Preparing and serving hot and cold beverages • Open the café and ensure it is presentable and ready to receive customers. • Greet customers in a friendly manner and taking food and drink orders • Show them the menu and take orders to the kitchen. • Receive payments ensuring the till procedures are followed correctly. • Answer in-person enquiries.

What activities will you be involved in? You will be greeting guests, explaining our activities and menu of the day, taking orders, receiving payments, clearing up tables etc
